Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
To keep examinations fair and the platform secure, everyone using Auxide Assess — organisations, staff and candidates — agrees not to misuse it.
1. Examination integrity
Do not impersonate another candidate, let someone take an exam for you, share live exam questions, or use unauthorised help or tools during an exam.
Do not try to bypass, disable, spoof or tamper with monitoring, answers, timers, scores or results.
2. Platform security
Do not probe, scan or attack the service, access other people's accounts or data, overload the system, or reverse engineer the platform except as allowed by law.
3. Responsible monitoring
Staff must use proctoring access only for the exams they are authorised to supervise, must not copy or share evidence outside approved review, and must base decisions on human review rather than automated flags alone.
4. Unlawful content
Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, is harassing or discriminatory, or contains malware.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access. Exam-integrity concerns are passed to the organising institution, which decides any outcome.
